TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PAK SUPER GAME

1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Pak Super Game (hereinafter referred to as "the Game”, "Platform”, "we”, "us”, or "our”), an online gaming platform originating from Pakistan, you enter into a legally binding agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access, download, or use Pak Super Game, and you must immediately uninstall the application from your device.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements To access or use Pak Super Game, you must meet the following eligibility conditions:

You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
You possess the legal authority, capacity, and right to enter into a binding agreement.
You are not prohibited from accessing or using online gaming platforms under the laws of Pakistan or your local jurisdiction.

3. User Account Registration and Security

Account Creation: To access certain features, you may be required to register an account using your email, mobile number, or third-party social media login.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details updated.
Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
Account Non-Transferability: Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Selling, trading, renting, or sharing your account with third parties is strictly prohibited.

4. Code of Conduct and Fair Play Policy We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and fair environment for all players. When using Pak Super Game, you agree NOT to:

Use bots, cheats, hacks, exploits, automation scripts, mods, or unauthorized third-party software to alter game mechanics or gain an unfair advantage.
Exploit bugs or glitches for personal gain; any discovered bugs must be reported immediately to customer support.
Engage in fraudulent activities, identity theft, or unauthorized payment transactions.
Post or transmit harassing, abusive, defamatory, obscene, racist, or unlawful content in public chats or community forums.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or tamper with the Game’s source code or network infrastructure.

Violation Consequences: Breach of any conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of virtual assets, or permanent lifetime banning without notice or refund.

5. Virtual Currency, In-App Items, and Financial Terms

Virtual Assets: Pak Super Game may offer virtual coins, points, tokens, or digital items. These virtual assets are licensed to you on a limited, revocable, non-transferable basis solely for entertainment within the Game.
No Real-World Value: Virtual assets have no cash value outside the Game and cannot be exchanged for real money unless explicitly permitted under specific official rules.
Purchases & Refunds: All purchases made within the Game (including virtual currency or digital items) are final and non-refunded, except where required by applicable consumer laws or store policies (e.g., Google Play / Apple App Store).
Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing, virtual rewards, or item availability at any time without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property Rights All content, features, trademarks, logos, game designs, artwork, graphics, sound effects, audio tracks, and source code within Pak Super Game are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Game without our explicit prior written consent.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

Service Availability: We strive to ensure continuous uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. System maintenance, updates, or technical outages may temporarily disrupt access.
Platform Updates: We reserve the right to modify, update, patch, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game mode, or virtual item at any time without liability to you.

8. Termination of Service

By You: You may terminate your agreement with us at any time by deleting your account and removing the application from your device.
By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or restrict your access to the Game immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activities, or if we discontinue the Game.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

"AS IS” Basis: Pak Super Game is provided on an "AS IS” and "AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Exclusion of Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pak Super Game, its creators, directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Game shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pakistan.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted within the application with an updated "Last Updated” date. Continued use of Pak Super Game following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
